6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- • Uploaded Media: Deleted immediately after the analysis is completed. If you choose to create a share link or promote a result to the public gallery, we retain the associated media needed to serve that shared result while the share link remains active (for example, until you delete or disable the shared link), subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention needs
- • Analysis Results: Retained for 30 days. If you choose to create a share link or promote a result to the public gallery, we retain the shared result while the share link remains active (for example, until you delete or disable the shared link), subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention needs
- • Account Information: Retained while your account is active; if you delete your account, we take steps to deactivate access and anonymize core profile identifiers in our primary user record, subject to applicable retention obligations
- • Transaction Records: We and/or our merchant of record (Paddle) may retain transaction records as required by law and for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes
- • Log Data: Retained for 30 days for security, troubleshooting, and reliability purposes
- • Anonymized Data: May be retained for longer periods for research and analysis where reasonably necessary
Shared links are intended to make a specific result accessible via a URL. If you create a share link or promote a result to the public gallery, the shared result (and any necessary associated media) may remain accessible until you delete or disable that link. Public shared results may be indexed by search engines or cached by third parties.
If you delete your account, we promptly revoke active access credentials and anonymize core profile identifiers in our primary user record. We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including transaction, security, fraud-prevention, and historical relational records. To help prevent re-registration or sign-in using the same deleted email address, we may retain a one-way cryptographic hash of that email rather than the plaintext address.
