3. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using GeoSeer:

3.1 Illegal Activities

  • • Terrorism, terrorist financing, or supporting terrorist organizations

  • • Drug trafficking or illegal substance distribution

3.2 Privacy Violations and Surveillance

  • Stalking or harassment: Using the Service to track, stalk, or harass individuals
  • Unauthorized surveillance: Monitoring individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Invasion of privacy: Analyzing images that invade personal privacy rights
  • Doxxing: Revealing personal information about individuals without consent
  • Voyeurism: Identifying locations of private residences or personal spaces for intrusive purposes
  • • Tracking movements of individuals without legal authority or consent
  • • Creating profiles or databases of individuals' locations without authorization

3.3 Harmful or Malicious Activities

  • • Planning or facilitating physical harm to individuals or groups
  • • Coordinating attacks, violence, or dangerous activities
  • • Identifying secure or protected locations for malicious purposes
  • • Circumventing security measures or restricted access areas
  • • Espionage or unauthorized intelligence gathering
  • • Identifying witness protection locations or safe houses

3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • • Uploading copyrighted images without proper authorization
  • • Infringing on trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
  • • Reverse engineering or attempting to copy our AI models or algorithms
  • • Redistributing or reselling the Service without permission

3.5 Service Abuse

  • Excessive use: Exceeding rate limits or making unreasonable demands on system resources
  • Automated scraping: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization
  • Account sharing: Sharing API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Circumvention: Attempting to bypass usage limits or subscription requirements
  • • Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limitations
  • • Benchmarking or testing competitor services using our platform

3.6 Security and System Integrity

  • • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • • Distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • • Conducting security testing without explicit written permission
  • • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
  • • Exploiting security vulnerabilities for any purpose

  • • Uploading sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
  • • Content depicting violence, gore, or animal cruelty
  • • Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
  • • Content that promotes self-harm or dangerous activities
  • • Spam, junk, or irrelevant content

4. Responsible AI Use Guidelines

As an AI-powered service, we ask all users to:

  • • Use AI geolocation results responsibly and ethically
  • • Verify critical information through independent sources
  • • Respect the limitations and potential inaccuracies of AI predictions
  • • Consider the privacy implications of location identification
  • • Not rely solely on AI results for decisions with serious consequences
  • • Report any concerning misuse or unintended harmful outputs
  • • Acknowledge AI assistance when using results in published work

5. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • • Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • • Copyright and intellectual property laws
  • • Anti-stalking and harassment laws
  • • Export control and sanctions regulations
  • • Computer fraud and abuse laws

7.3 No Refunds

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating this AUP, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • • Obtaining necessary permissions or consents before uploading content
  • • The accuracy and legality of information you provide
  • • Any consequences resulting from your use of the Service
